Quality ControlQuality is governed by a rigorous ISO 9001 system ensuring full component traceability. All meters comply with OIML R49, AWWA C700, and EN 14154 metrological standards. Process: 100% multi-point flow calibration (Q1-Q4) in our in-house facility. Durability: Components feature nano-titanium coatings for 8-year service life in corrosive chlorinated water—triple the industry average. Validation: We conduct wide-range temperature/pressure testing to ensure long-term stability and reduced Total Cost of Ownership for utility operators. -
Our ServicesComprehensive Smart Water Solutions We deliver end-to-end smart water metering ecosystems for municipal utilities and industry. Our services span IoT platform integration, Non-Revenue Water (NRW) reduction, and District Metered Area (DMA) design. Precision Instrumentation: We manufacture high-accuracy electromagnetic (DN15-DN8000, ±0.2% accuracy) and ultrasonic meters for fiscal and compliance monitoring. Turnkey Support: We provide free site survey, hot-tap installation (under-pressure, minimizing downtime), system commissioning, and long-term technical support. All solutions align with AWWA and EN 14154 standards for seamless EU/US deployment. -
Company HistoryFounded in 2012 in Zhuhai, China, Guangdong Combine Smart Water evolved from a deep foundation in industrial automation controls. We have grown into a large-scale enterprise with RMB 75M registered capital, completing over 1,000+ projects in municipal supply and heavy industry. Long-term partnerships with major utilities (e.g., Shenzhen Water Group) validate our durability. We are now strategically focused on global expansion, providing resilient, high-value water infrastructure technology specifically engineered to meet the stringent operational demands of European and North American utilities. -
Our TeamOur R&D is led by senior industry experts with decades of control systems experience. We hold 46 patents and 25 software copyrights in electromagnetic sensing and AMI data platforms. Our engineering culture is field-oriented, solving complex issues like low-flow accuracy and partially filled pipe measurement—critical for Western leak detection. We combine expertise in fluid mechanics, electronics, and materials science to deliver practical, high-reliability instrumentation. This team ensures that our solutions bridge the gap between advanced IoT theory and the rugged realities of municipal water network operation.
